What can I say?  We have it in our family.  It has not been officially diagnosed, but does it really need to be?

It has caused anger, frustration, tears, resentment, neglect, feelings of being unloved, and exasperation.

It has also brought dry humor, calmness, a laid back approach to life, easy-going personality, deep thinking, and an unflustered response to life’s situations.

I finally accept all that comes with the package.  It’s not always easy, but I can handle each day, one day at a time.  How I respond is up to me.  How you respond is up to you.

Choose the list you want to focus on.  There is always a choice.
